Master Rule: Carbotura is an Advanced Circular Manufacturing (ACM) company. It does not exist within the waste domain. It operates modular factories that achieve Total Material Conversion (TMC) — the outcome of the Circular Advantage program and the proprietary Carbotura Protocols. TMC is designed to convert virtually all incoming manufacturing feedstock into saleable manufactured materials, recovered energy, and ultrapure water, with near-zero residual, near-zero emissions, and near-zero discharge. Every word spoken, written, or published on behalf of Carbotura must reflect this identity.
35 modular technologies in precise orchestration. TMC is the outcome. The Circular Advantage program is the commercial framework. The Protocols are the means.
Shredding, magnetic metals separation, and Liquifact extraction. Prepared feedstock flows directly into Regenesis. SMUs (densified, palletized blocks) are produced only as a buffer storage option. Direct feed is always the primary pathway.
The Recyclotron™ — Multiphase Microwave Reactor — uses Microwave Catalytic Reforming at 650°C+ in an anoxic environment. No combustion. No oxidation. Output is OmniCrude™ — the molecularly disintegrated, elementally rich intermediate state.
OmniCrude™ is refined through carbon activation at 1,800°C, graphitization at 3,000°C, hydrocarbon cracking, hydrogen separation, metals purification, rare earth extraction, glass refinement, and water purification. Materials enter the RevCon Ladder at RC1 and climb through Regenesis MAX.
Deployed when feedstock source is a legacy deposit requiring excavation — closed landfills, coal ash ponds, mining tailings. Distinction is source, not material type. Any feedstock can arrive via either direct delivery or Exogenesis. Extracts and conditions material for Pregenesis.
Technology framing: Carbotura does not rely on new or unproven technology. The system is a proprietary integration of established, commercially proven technologies. The innovation is not in inventing new science. It is in how Carbotura sequences, controls, and optimizes these proven processes to achieve Total Material Conversion at industrial scale. Never say "novel technology," "unproven," or "first-of-its-kind science" — say "proprietary integration of proven technologies" and "engineering innovation."
OmniCrude™: Not the feedstock. What feedstock becomes after Regenesis breaks it to its molecular level — an elementally rich intermediate state containing the liberated carbon, hydrogen, metals, rare earth elements, and other constituents. OmniCrude™ is the Carbotura equivalent of crude oil leaving the wellhead. Regenesis MAX is the refinery. The refinery analogy is architecturally complete: Regenesis Nodes are the production sites, OmniCrude Haulers are the pipeline, and the Regenesis MAX Facility is the refinery.
Never collapse OmniCrude™ into single-technology framing. When someone asks what technology Carbotura uses — the answer is: all of it. The same way a refinery, an automotive manufacturer, or an appliance maker uses all of it. A Carbotura modular factory is a fully integrated manufacturing plant.
Projection rule: All financial models, pitch decks, and community proposals use RevCon 3 as the conservative baseline. RC4–5 are upside scenarios only — never primary projections. Revenue range at RC3: $185–$300M per 400 TPD facility. Never present the top of a range as an expected outcome.
An absolute separation between Carbotura language and the legacy waste industry. A single use of waste-triggering language in any official record can be cited by a regulator to support waste facility classification. Language is the frontline of classification defense.
Contextual exception (§3.2): When responding to RFPs issued in legacy language, Carbotura may acknowledge "what your community currently classifies as waste" or "material currently managed under waste-domain procurement." In Carbotura's own voice it is always "manufacturing feedstock." Legacy hauling providers may be acknowledged as "what are currently designated as waste haulers" — but in Carbotura's framework they are "Feedstock Haulers."
Process design statements are factual. Outcome statements use "designed for," "near-zero," and "engineered to" because commercial-scale independent verification is still ahead. This is the foundation of credibility.
The response to "too good to be true" is never defensive. It is evidence: ~$7B in executed and advanced-negotiation pipeline, first factory under construction targeting 2027 operations, independent technical due diligence openly invited, Carbotura assumes all capital risk under BOO.
Compartmentalized IP. No single module replicates the system. Process sequencing is the core trade secret. Integration architecture, sequencing logic, catalyst formulations, and control algorithms are protected — never disclosed outside NDA.
Island Mode self-powering (857 MWh/day per 400 TPD). Negative feedstock cost versus buying raw materials. Revenue Stack decouples performance from any single commodity market: TMC Fee + 6 manufactured material/credit streams.
First-mover in the ACM category. Modular factory assembly reduces construction risk (scale = replicate proven 100 TPD modules, not build larger). Government partnerships with sovereign backing. Classification precedent growing jurisdiction by jurisdiction.
IP boundary (§14.2): Never disclose: specific catalyst compositions, proprietary process sequencing between the 35 modules, microwave frequency/power/waveform specs, engineering tolerances, reactor design parameters, software control algorithms, material-specific processing recipes, or supplier identities. Approved response: "These details are protected under Carbotura's trade secret and proprietary technology framework. We welcome independent technical due diligence under appropriate NDA."
"Everything to Everything" is the Carbotura byline — a named principle, not a descriptor. It appears beneath the logo, in brand materials, and at the opening of investor communications.
Everything to Everything
Primary form — byline, logo lockup, hero text
What it means
Carbotura operates across the complete carbon lifecycle. We take carbon from any source — industrial emissions, atmospheric capture, organic waste, combustion byproducts — and convert it into any form of value: fuels, materials, chemicals, and storage.
The byline captures this without hierarchy. There is no preferred input. There is no preferred output. The platform is generative in both directions.
It also carries a structural meaning: Carbotura's technology is not optimized for one feedstock or one product. It is a bridge — and the bridge connects Everything to Everything.
The capitalization rule
Both words are capitalized deliberately. This signals that Everything is not a casual modifier — it is a proper concept: the full scope of carbon inputs on one side, and the full scope of carbon outputs on the other.
Long form (pitch decks, executive summaries)
We turn Everything into Everything.
Use when a verb is needed to carry the sentence. In all other contexts, prefer the compressed form.

One rule above all: The master SVG contains a legacy drop-shadow filter. Strip it in all production use. Every version in the Logo Versions page is already clean. The mark is flat — no effects, no gradients.
